i guess he is pondering whether he should ask you out or not. And i really dont appreciate his attitude towards you. It looks like his decision of asking you out depends on his 'friends' point of view'. In the other words, he is telling his friends about you and if his friends agree that you are such a nice girl and plus, if they encourage him to chase you, then i guess he will act upon you. - Since you said that he knows that you like him, right? and he shares 'you' with his friends, right? then, the above guess of mine is possible. Or else, the secondly possible guess: he is trying to INTRODUCE YOU TO SOME OF HIS FRIENDS AND WISHES ONE OF THEM WILL CHASE YOU SO THAT HE CAN GET RID OF YOU. Listen, i dont want this to be happened, i hope it's the first guess, and not the second guess.
